I start with one question: what has to happen once someone actually uses this? Everything else — stack, screens, architecture — follows from the answer. Not the other way around.
I work directly with the person who knows the problem. No brief relayed through three inboxes, no translation layer halfway through. First clickable prototype in a week — even if it's still ugly.
Alongside client work I ship my own products, and they are where I test ideas before a client pays for them: Hooplytics, a shot tracker for basketball players, and CartBot, the chat assistant that also runs on this site. Everything I show here is live and can be opened — the best apps to work on are the ones you use yourself, because you catch every rough edge before the client does.
Two engineers from Poznań building web, mobile and hardware products — from a one-page site to a platform.
