I'd take one precise question over a ten-page brief. If I ask about something a third time, that's the part that decides everything else later — usually it's what has to happen once you stop watching the system.
Deployment isn't a separate stage someone takes over after sign-off. The projects run on servers I look after myself: the container, the certificate, the backups, and whatever the logs say at two in the morning. That's why “runs on my machine” and “runs in production” mean the same thing here.
Alongside client work I ship my own apps, and they are the fastest check on whether an idea holds: NaBaku — fuel prices and a station map for drivers — and Parkownia, a marketplace for parking spots that would otherwise stand empty. Whatever I prove on my own products is what a client gets.
