Questions and answers
Is a mobile app built for iOS and Android at the same time?
Yes. By default we write one codebase for both systems, so both versions are built and updated together. We release the app on the App Store and Google Play under your company's account. We can also build it natively, separately for iOS and for Android. That is a more expensive option, quoted on top. A prototype you can tap through on a phone is ready in a week, and a first version within a month.
Can the content of the site be changed without a developer?
Not in the basic version. The content editor is a paid extra: with it, text, images and pages can be changed without writing to us. Without it we make changes on request, for an additional amount agreed before the change.
Do you build custom stores, or stores on Shopify or WooCommerce?
By default we write the store ourselves, from scratch, without ready-made store platforms. That is how we prefer to work. If you want a store on Shopify or WooCommerce, we can build it once the scope is agreed. The price of a custom store depends mostly on the number of integrations, for example with stock, accounting or couriers.
Which payment methods do your stores support?
BLIK, card and instant transfer, including refunds, failed transactions and subscriptions. We choose the provider, for example Stripe or Przelewy24, depending on fees.
Which technologies do you build systems and apps in? Where are the servers?
Systems and websites usually in Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL. Mobile apps in React Native or Flutter. The servers are in the European Union.
What does a website audit check, and how much does it cost?
The audit checks 8 areas, including security, domain email, speed, SEO, accessibility and responsiveness. Each area gets a 0-100 score. The report costs 249 zł net and is ready in 2 working days from payment. The audit with an engineer's commentary, a list of fixes and a quote for implementing them costs 1200 zł net, delivered in 5 working days from payment. We do not need access to the server or the site's admin panel.
Do you design devices as well?
No. We work with off-the-shelf hardware: cameras, sensors, kiosks and Bluetooth modules, including the ones your manufacturer supplies. We do not design boards or housings.
