How much does a website, a store or an app cost? Our new pricing page

The question about price usually comes up in the first call, and “it depends on the scope” says very little. That is why we built the pricing page: it shows what drives the amount, and the calculator works out what your project starts from before you write to us.

From a call to an offer in five stages

• A call: by phone, email or in person we agree what the website or app is for. The call is free.
• A prototype in a week: it shows how the project could look and work. The prototype is free too.
• An offer in a PDF: options or a list of features with prices, plus our recommendation. We go through it together before you sign anything.
• Build and launch: we build the full version to what was agreed in the prototype and the offer.
• Care after launch: we stay with the project and are responsible for keeping it running.

On the page you can step through these stages one at a time. Next to them is a receipt with the cost of getting started: the call and the prototype at 0 zł, a website build from 1000 zł net, care from 100 zł net a month.

The calculator: what your project starts from

The calculator has four steps. You pick the type of project: a business website, an online store, a mobile app or a platform. You tick the features you need, for example in-app payments, a stock integration or a second language. You pick a timeline. In the fourth step you see the amount we start from.

For every type of project the calculator says what is included in the base, so there is no need to tick the obvious. The result does not ask for an email. If you like, we will send the summary to your inbox, and the “Book a call” button carries your configuration over to the contact form.

What drives the amount

The amount grows with each extra feature, with the number of products and users, and with the size of the company, because in a larger company more people sign off on the project. An urgent deadline raises it, a flexible one lowers it. The calculator shows a starting point rather than a ceiling: the final amount, with the reasoning behind it, comes in the offer after a call and a prototype.
